At Dog Rescue Auktsjaur, I offer your four-legged friend care that's not only reliable but, above all, tailored to their individual needs. Whether as part of my social dog group or with a retreat in the protected kennel area – I find the right solution for every dog.

 

With many years of experience, a great deal of empathy, and a structured daily routine, I ensure that your dog feels safe, understood, and comfortable with me. At the same time, the dogs benefit from my daily work with a variety of personalities, my experience in group housing, and my personal support.

 

Care options

 

In-house care
Your dog will live with me in a familiar environment and be part of my existing dog group. This option is particularly suitable for well-socialized dogs who value close contact with people and other dogs.
→ Prerequisite: Tolerance, basic suitability for everyday life and getting to know each other beforehand.

 

Care in the kennel area (from August 2025)
Some dogs need more privacy and a structured, clear environment – that’s exactly what my new, modern kennel area with direct access to nature offers.
→ Ideal for: dogs with a greater need for rest, sensitive or insecure dogs or those who are not used to being kept in groups.

 

What your dog gets from me:

• Structured daily routine with fixed rest periods, feeding, activity and exercise

• Species-appropriate exercise: walks, free running, activity sessions and quiet time for processing

Good to know

• A preliminary familiarization phase is mandatory – for you, me and especially your dog

• Care is only available by appointment

• No mass operation, but individual care with plenty of time and peace
