At Dog Rescue Auktsjaur, I offer your four-legged friend care that is not only reliable but, above all, tailored to their individual needs. Whether as part of my social dog group or with a retreat in the secure kennel area – I will find the right solution for every dog.

 

With years of experience, a great deal of empathy, and a structured daily routine, I ensure that your dog feels safe, understood, and comfortable with me. At the same time, the dogs benefit from my daily work with diverse personalities, my experience in group housing, and my personal guidance.

 

Care options

 

In-home care
Your dog will live with me in a family environment and be part of my existing dog group. This arrangement is particularly suitable for well-socialized dogs who enjoy close contact with people and other dogs.
→ Prerequisites: compatibility, basic suitability for everyday life and an initial meeting.

 

Care in the kennel area (from August 2026)
Some dogs need more privacy and a structured, clear environment – that's exactly what my newly created, modern kennel area with direct access to nature offers.
→ Ideal for: Dogs with a higher need for rest, sensitive or insecure dogs, or those who are not used to group living.

 

What your dog will get from me:

• Individual care tailored to character, age and needs

• Structured daily routine with fixed rest times, feeding, activities and exercise

• Species-appropriate activity: walks, free running, activity sessions and quiet time for processing.

• Safe environment with experience in handling different types of dogs

• Small groups or individual housing – depending on compatibility and situation.

• Support from a specialist with sound training and decades of experience

 

Good to know

• A preliminary getting-to-know-you phase is mandatory – for you, me, and especially your dog.

• Care is provided only by prior arrangement.

• Not a mass operation, but individual care with plenty of time and peace.
