Welcome to Dog Rescue Auktsjaur

Dog Rescue is a non-profit foster-based rescue organization located in Auktsjaur, beautiful Swedish Lapland.

 

Our organization believes that every dog has the right to life. Therefore, we offer foster homes for dogs on our approximately 3-hectare property. In collaboration with Swedish veterinarians, we have made it our mission to take in dogs before they are euthanized.

We also have a place for old and sick dogs.

 

A new kennel facility for Nordic dogs is being built with an additional large run of approximately 5000m2.
